Small Works on Paper (SWOP) is an annual juried art exhibition featuring the artwork of Arkansas Artist Registry members. Each year the SWOP exhibition tours the state and can be viewed at ten locations in Arkansas. The 2017 exhibition will open at East Arkansas Community College in Forrest City in January 2017.

The Arkansas Artist Registry is free and open to all visual artists who are Arkansas residents. It is a unique and valuable online visual arts resource designed to promote and market Arkansas art. Nonmember artists submitting an entry for SWOP are required to join the Registry at the time of entry.

The 2017 juror is David Houston, executive director of The Bo Bartlett Center at Columbus State University's College of the Arts in Columbus, Georgia. Houston is also an art historian, lecturer, and writer. He was formerly director of curatorial at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, and former co-director and chief curator at the Ogden Museum of Southern Art in New Orleans. He has also served as director of The Lee Gallery at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
