Blue Fiddle

Blue Fiddle

The passion, power and beauty of Ireland live in the music of Blue Fiddle. From traditional jigs and reels often played at breakneck pace to time-honored and contemporary tunes played with spirit and soul, Blue Fiddle brings a unique sound, which they call Ozark Celtic, to the songs of Ireland. Blue Fiddle is Tom Ware (fiddle, mandolin, ukulele, guitar, vocals), John Lindquist (accordion, banjo), and Joe Hamilton (guitar, banjo, percussion, lead vocals). Formed in 2004, Blue Fiddle has performed at a wide variety of events, including the International Festival at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith, the Bloom Festival in Little Rock, and the North Texas Irish Festival in Dallas, gaining notoriety and accolades with every appearance. Their self-titled CD of original and traditional material was hailed by Ceili magazine as a “must buy” and the group is currently working on their second release. No matter your country of origin, there is an Irish heartbeat in everyone; Blue Fiddle will set that heart to beating.
