Tales from the South: On the Road

Tales from the South: On the Road

“Tales from the South” is a unique, unrehearsed showcase of writers reading their stories that is broadcast locally on KUAR FM 89.1 and syndicated by World Radio Network. Rich in language, detail, and voice, the show’s literary memoires are true stories told by the Southerners who lived them. The traveling version “Tales from the South: on the Road” brings the program to your community or school, with local participants sharing their own true stories. Executive Producer and Host Paula Morell solicits stories, edits them, and gets the material ready for the show. The program from your town can also feature live music by local musicians when available. The host site provides dinner and takes care of ticket sales. An incredible way to share your community’s stories with the world!
