Take your grant research up a notch with a one-day, hands-on workshop, “Grant Seeking Beyond the Basics,” from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, at Arkansas Heritage at 1100 North St.
The Arkansas Arts Council will hold a GetSmART! workshop to help professionals learn how to make their nonprofit organizations grant ready; cultivate foundation funders; develop realistic evaluations to measure success and outcomes; develop a grant budget; and get input and report grants. The workshop is led by expert consultant Brenda Mauldin.
The grant workshop is designed to sharpen the skills of professionals who are responsible for finding grants, creating budgets, grant writing or fundraising. The workshop is $15 and includes lunch.
The deadline to reserve a seat is March 17.
