Grant Writing 101

If you are new – or relatively new – to grant writing and /or researching potential funders for your organization, join us to learn tips and strategies that will help you build a strong grant seeking program. The cost of the workshop includes morning refreshments, lunch* and dessert.

*There will not be individual selections. A variety of sandwiches and salads will be available for lunch.

For more than twenty five years, Brenda has enjoyed a successful career as a fundraising professional in central Arkansas. She has worked with a variety of organizations to raise funds for the arts, for youth programs, for a hospice program, and for a Christian residential youth home. Brenda has firsthand experience in nonprofit management and administration, board management, strategic planning, fundraising, and volunteer management.

As a consultant, Brenda works with non-profit organizations to help bring people and resources together. Brenda adheres to the Code of Ethical Standards established by the Association of Fundraising Professionals and supports the Donor Bill of Rights.

Brenda is a graduate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a native Arkansan. She lives in Sherwood, Arkansas with her husband and enjoys traveling, camping throughout Arkansas, and cooking.

Limited spaces are available in the front of the building for visitor parking. Additional parking can be found on the employee parking lot. All visitors must enter through the front door.
